Our Mission

All For Kids strives to be a leader within the Anchorage community improving the lives of children with developmental differences through exceptional therapy, family involvement, and community collaboration.

We truly believe that every milestone for every child matters.

Our Values

Fun. Function. Family. First-rate. Faith.

Our team embodies our core values of Fun, Function, Family, and First-Rate in everything we do. We’re a group of energetic, collaborative therapists who believe that kids learn best when therapy is playful, movement-based, and built on genuine connection. We treat in shared spaces, lean on each other’s strengths, and bring a whole lot of personality to our work.

These values shape our teamwork and our care, building a supportive culture, focusing on functional progress that matters, and maintaining high standards of care for every child and family we serve.

Fun

We bring energy, play, and creativity into every session to help kids learn and thrive

First-Rate

Exceptional care starts the moment families walk through our doors.

Function

We work across disciplines to help kids build skills that make a real difference in everyday life.

Family

Our clinic feels like family, and our care is centered on partnering with parents and caregivers every step of the way.

Faith

Rooted in the owners’ faith, we lead with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve every family.

We work with children to help them build strength, improve movement, and gain functional mobility.

We work with children to help them learn speech, language, and communication skills that are important for their everyday life.

We work with children to increase life participation by teaching fine motor skills, skills of daily living, sensory integration, and emotional regulation.

We support children through complementary therapeutic interventions, like pool or group, that extend learning beyond in-clinic sessions.

We work with children to help them learn feeding and swallowing skills that are important for their nutrition, growth, and mealtime participation.

Teletherapy is available for eligible clients and can be scheduled regularly or as needed. Families may opt for teletherapy due to distance, transportation, schedule conflicts,  or weather.

From Our Families

"My daughter has been seen at this clinic for around 5 years and son for about 1 1/2 years. All their therapist are great and knowledgeable, they always keep me informed about what they did during appointments and goals they are working on. They also always listen to any new concerns I see in my children's development and evaluate and accommodate to the best of their ability.

The office staff and front desk are awesome and always inform me of any cancellations or rescheduling that occurs. They also have done a great job at moving around appointment times to coordinate with both my children being back at the same time to limit the amount of time spent there when slots have come available. The office environment is comfortable and welcoming."

"We love this place!!! My son has been going here for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! His occupational therapist really cares about him. She has offered to help him with school homework and even just talking with my son's school therapist to get everyone on the same page for what's best for my son. I feel like she really looked at his needs and found ways to help him that make it fun and progressive.

As for his physical therapy after 2 years we are almost done because of all the help he's had he can now open car doors and even do the monkey bars like his peers."

"I have been bringing my son here for over 4yrs. He receives SLP, OT & PT weekly. Everyone here is amazing! I appreciate his therapists who encourage him to do his best. The office staff are always nice."

"We have done therapies in a few states, and this is by far our favorite place to get therapy. The staff is so kind, gentle & patient with kids, supportive of parents. We just love them!

We had previous bad experiences with therapists against homeschooling or gentle parenting practices at other clinics, so finding supportive therapists who would work with us and help us was a big priority to us and this place has gone above & beyond with that. We feel comfortable and safe and accepted there and love them for that. They have worked wonders with our child and made a big impact on our family.

The clinic is amazing, with a huge sensory gym, tons of resources and tools available, games, etc. It's such a great safe space to work through the child's needs. And they care about safety! I'm a CPST and when I sent one of our therapists my work pamphlet on child passenger safety, they published it online so child passenger safety tips could reach their followers!

We love them and highly recommend them!"
