Physical Therapist and Speech Therapist

Clinical Manager of Operations
Applicants must be licensed as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist in the state of Alaska and have a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in their field of practice. Duties include working closely with the owners and Vice President of Administration to manage therapy staff and therapy activities, as well as ensure clinical functions run smoothly and efficiently, all patients are receiving exceptional care, and employee satisfaction is optimal. This position is also responsible for program development, as necessary

VP of Administration
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of management experience. Duties include management of all administrative processes and staff. Strong medical billing and coding background is preferred. Client issue resolution, external information dissemination, policy development and implementation, and the oversight of company development and expansion as determined by the Executive Management Team. The position is focused on working as a part of the Executive Management Team to ensure excellent client satisfaction and maximized profits.
